  1. Michael Andrew Smith's Tutoring Services ("I", "my" and "me") respects your right to privacy. I look after your personal information carefully. I adhere strictly to the requirements of UK data protection law;

There are three 'touch points' where you may provide data to me voluntarily. No data is collected automatically;
  1. Initial introductory session: data is collected here via completion of a student record form;
  2. During each session: data is collected on a spreadsheet for the student involved in that session;
  3. Communication between sessions: from issues raised or through session planning.
Section 4 - Why does Michael Andrew Smith's Tutoring Services process the personal information that it does?:

    I carry out the following activities based on legitimate interest:
    • Collection of debt: I may need to process your personal data to recover unpaid debt.
    • Data Analytics: I analyse customer data to better understand my customer base and my service offerings. I may also identify if you would be receptive to goods and services.

Neither cookies nor similar tracking technologies are used on my websites.
Section 8 - How does Michael Andrew Smith's Tutoring Services keep my information secure?:
